Brian J. Rose, Owner / REALTOR®
|
I have lived in Kansas all my life. I graduated from Salina South High School in 1998 and received my Bachelor’s of Science Technology degree (major in automotive technology w/ minor in business administration) from Pittsburg State University in 2003. I began doing data-entry for real estate transactions (designing web pages) in April of 2004 and received my Real Estate Salespersons’ License in February of 2006. Since then I have had the distinct pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life. In my commercial transactions I have worked with various cities, corporations, and other governmental entities. I have handled a number of major land projects, as both buyer and seller agent. I am working towards my Acredited Land Colsultant (ALC) professional designation through the Realtors Land Institute and have handled many recreational, farm and ranch land transactions.
Some of my other hobbies include drag racing, hunting and general outdoors activities. In my free time, I enjoy working on our family-owned properties in Barber, Comanche and Saline County, Kansas. Any success I have enjoyed is due to helping my clients fulfil their real estate dreams. Let me help you "Find Your Freedom".

I have lived in Kansas since 1979 and retired from Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Regional Claims Manager in 2003. During the last 17 years with Farm Bureau I managed offices in Salina, Osborne, Concordia and Manhattan. Prior to working for Farm Bureau, I enjoyed 8 years of service to our country in the US Navy aboard a nuclear fast attack submarine, the USS Scamp SSN-588 and on recruiting duty in Western Colorado. It was while growing up in Pawnee County, Kansas that I learned to love hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding and outdoor sports. Now those hobbies are enjoyed aboard a Honda Goldwing and spending weekends managing the 2300 acre Sun City Ranch in Barber County in the Red Hills of South Central Kansas.
We started our real estate business in 2003 as a family owned and operated organization. My wife, Susan, works at the Ell-Saline school district and helps with the company payroll, books and keeping the Rose boys in line. Brian came on board shortly after graduating from college at Pittsburg State University. The following year we convinced Chris to leave his position with Accessible Technologies in Kansas City to help us develop the technology portion of the business. Chris later returned to his love, which is racing and currently works for Innovators West in Salina, KS.
In 2006 our small comapny was recognized as an Emerging Business of the Year and was nominated for the Plains Spirit Award by the Kansas Small Business Development Center. In June 2007 Governor Kathleen Sebelius and the Kansas Department of Commerce recognized us for the Business Achievement Award for service. The company has been featured in a number of articles in the Salina Journal, Boston Globe, Yahoo News Technology section, on the front page of the Los Angeles Times and many other newspapers.
In December 2006 we joined United Country Real Estate, which has been based in Kansas City, Missouri since 1925. In April 2007 we purchased a second United Country Real Estate franchise and opened our second office in Coldwater, Kansas. The Coldwater office is in the former Southern Baptist Church on the way to Coldwater Lake.
Any success we have enjoyed in business is as a result of surrounding ourselves with good people, putting service to our clients first and doing what is right. Please come to our offices and read our mission and vision statements, they guide our every day operations and we would enjoy showing them to you.

Linda Hart, Sales Associate

I am a life-long resident of Comanche County. Originally from the Gyp Hills, I grew up 24 miles southeast of Coldwater on the Crossed J Ranch, which was homesteaded in 1885 by my great-grandfather, W.V. Jackson. Soon after graduating from Coldwater High School I married Kent Hart of Sun City, Kansas, who was an elevator manager, rancher/farmer, carpenter and welder. We enjoyed a good life working close to nature and raising our sons in Coldwater. I am surrounded by extended family, wonderful friends and great community support. In addition to helping with our farming and ranching operation, I created other opportunities to contribute to our family’s needs. In 1996 I became the Executive Director of Comanche County Economic Development Foundation, a position I resigned from in April 2009.
I began work in real estate and find great pleasure in helping others. Many confide in me about what they wish to accomplish relating to real estate and I make their dreams come true. I agressively market listed properties and have built a large network of buyers through my affiliation with United Country and through my personal connections around the country. If you know of anyone that needs help buying or selling real estate or leasing hunting land, please ask them to make contact with me. "No One Knows The Country Like We Do".
